Nomination Committee for Duni AB's AGM 2027

MALMÖ, Sweden, Nov. 3, 2026 — Pursuant to a resolution adopted at Duni ABs Annual General Meeting in 2026, a Nomination Committee has been appointed prior to the Annual General Meeting in 2027. Duni AB hereby announces the composition of the Nomination Committee.
The following persons will serve on the Nomination Committee, which is charged with presenting proposals to the Annual General Meeting in 2027 regarding the composition of Duni AB's Board of Directors, etc.:
- Mikael Helmersson, Mellby Gård AB
- Andreas Dahl, Carnegie Fonder
- Jonas Backman, Protector Försäkring
- Thomas Gustafson, styrelsens ordförande
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Malmö on Tuesday 25 May 2027.
Shareholders wishing to submit proposals can do so by sending an e-mail addressed to [email protected] or by sending a letter addressed to Duni AB, Attention: Nomination Committee, Box 237, 201 22 Malmö, no later than 5 April 2027.
